Enable listings for SuperSites and agent sites
Updated over a week ago

Here are three scenarios where you need to enable and configure your listings for SuperSites and agents:

  • You are an inventory supplier. If you are an inventory supplier, you need to share your listings with other agents who use CiiRUS. This allows agents to book your listings through their own websites or through CiiRUS.

  • You have a second website (SuperSite). If you have a second website, you can stream your listings to it.

  • You have a multi-agent portal. If you have a multi-agent portal, you can configure your listings so that agents can book them through the portal. This allows agents to book your listings through a secure and centralized location.

Enable listings for agent or SuperSite

To enable the applicable listings, you need to decide which listings you want to steam to the relevant agent or for your secondary website. To enable your listings from your CiiRUS account, follow these steps:

  1. Connections

  2. Inventory Share

  3. Share Listings to Agents

From this screen:

  1. Select the applicable agent

  2. Select "Add Listings" located above the grid > Choose the applicable listings to enable

  3. From the grid, specify all details within each column

  4. Enable the checkbox within the "Enable Listing" column

  5. Click the "Save" icon above the grid

When configuring your listings from the grid, you can do the following:

  • Choose a different rate set for the agent. This means that the agent will see a different set of rates than the general public.

  • Send the floor rates (wholesale rate). This means that the agent will see the lowest possible rate that you are willing to accept for the unit.

  • Send a different description set or terms. This means that the agent will see a different description of the property and different terms and conditions than the general public. Or if you have a SuperSite, you can choose a different listing description for it.

Enable the listings in the agent's account or SuperSite account

But wait, there's more... After you add and enable the listings from your CiiRUS account, there is one more step. You need to login to the agent's CiiRUS account or into the SuperSite account to enable the listings.

To do, login to the agent's or the SuperSite's CiiRUS account and go to:

  1. Connections

  2. Inventory Share

  3. Get Listings from Suppliers

  4. Select the supplier from the dropdown

  5. Enable the checkbox within the "Enable to Website" column

  6. Click the "Save" icon
