  3. Complete off-boarding agreement: Once your cancellation request is received, our team will send you an off-boarding agreement to review and sign. This agreement outlines the details of your account closure and confirms your understanding of the process.

  4. Schedule disconnections: Upon completion of the off-boarding agreement, our team will schedule the disconnection of your CiiRUS services. This ensures that your account is properly terminated and no further charges are incurred.

Data export recommendation:

Before your CiiRUS account is closed, we strongly recommend saving and exporting any data that you may need for future reference or use. This includes guest information, unit details, and financial records.
