Steps to close your CiiRUS account:

  1. Submit a cancellation request: Please contact our Customer Care Team by initiating a conversation via your CiiRUS Account or CiiRUS Help Center, clearly stating your intention to cancel your CiiRUS account. Additionally, provide any relevant details or reasons for your decision.

  2. Review terms and conditions: As per our terms and conditions, we require a 30-day notice period before proceeding with account closure. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition and provide you with ample time to export and save any necessary data.

  3. Complete off-boarding agreement: Once your cancellation request is received, our team will send you an off-boarding agreement to review and sign. This agreement outlines the details of your account closure and confirms your understanding of the process. Step-by-step instructions for exporting and securing your data are included as part of this agreement.

  4. Schedule disconnections: Any connected channels or websites will be scheduled for disconnection approximately two weeks before the closure date. This ensures that your account is properly terminated and no further charges are incurred. You will also receive a final invoice at the end of the month in which the agreed closure date falls.
