Website Disconnection

On or prior to the cancellation effective date, the account holder will receive an email containing their website's DNS records from the CiiRUS web server. Once this information has been provided, CiiRUS can no longer provide additional website support or development for the account holder or an affiliated third-party.

For account holders with a CiiRUS website template, the website won't work externally or on another platform, therefore, CiiRUS can't release the website code. On the cancellation effective date, the website will no longer be available and should be built on a new platform by the account holder.

On or prior to the cancellation effective date, the account holder should copy all of the website content that they wish to keep including welcome text, about us text, services text, contact information, etc.
