Data export recommendation:
Before your CiiRUS account is closed, we strongly recommend saving and exporting any data that you may need for future reference or use. This includes guest information, unit details, and financial records.
Upon the cancellation effective date, the account holders will no longer have access to the CiiRUS system or any data. Much of the account's critical data will be expunged as per our internal data handling policies.
Reports to export
We recommend extracting any necessary reports or data before the cancellation effective dates. At a bare minimum, these are the reports and data that we'd recommend that you export:
All past, present and future reservations
Go to Reservations > Reservations List > Select a wide date range > Include financials > Export the list of reservations
All Owner Account transactions
Go to Operations > Standard Reports > Search for "All Owner Transactions"
Reservation Extras
Go to Operations > Standard Reports > Search for "Reservation Extras"
Past, present and future work orders
Go to Operations > Maintenance > Enter a wide date range and applicable filters > Click "Reports" and select from the options
