If you’re a CiiRUS user with access to your account, the best way to get support is by starting your conversation directly from the CiiRUS App. While we’re always happy to assist through the Help Center or email, logging in first ensures a more seamless, secure, and personalized experience.

When you contact us without logging into your CiiRUS account (such as through the Help Center or by email), your message isn’t automatically linked to your user profile. This can result in:

  • Conversations tied only to your browser or email session

  • Risk of losing access if you clear cookies, switch devices, or close your browser

  • Limited context for our team, which may delay resolution

What You Get by Logging into the CiiRUS App

By logging into https://portal.ciirus.com/ before starting your conversation, you unlock a better support experience:

  • Your support history is securely stored in our ticketing system and linked to your Track User ID in CiiRUS

  • We automatically pull key details from your profile like your email address and phone number so we can assist you more efficiently

  • If you've contacted us before using the same email, your past conversations (from Help Center or email) will be automatically merged

  • You'll receive faster, more personalized help based on your account and property data
