Not every rental is short-term. Some properties, amenities, or assets are better suited for long-term rentals or ongoing management. In CiiRUS, creating a long-term listing is simple and ensures your portfolio is organized correctly for both you and your guests.
Setting Up a Long-Term Listing
Add the listing as normal using the Listing Assistant.
Navigate to the Location page within the Listing Assistant.
Select the “Long-term” checkbox option.
Once checked, the system will recognize this listing as long-term.
Best Practices for Long-Term Listings
Mark all non short-term listings as long-term.
This applies to unique rentals and assets such as golf carts, boat slips, or other amenities being managed in CiiRUS.
Keep your portfolio organized.
Marking long-term rentals ensures they don’t appear alongside your short-term vacation rentals. This keeps your short-term rental pages focused on vacation properties while still giving you flexibility for other asset types.
💡 Tip: If a listing is not intended for short-term vacation rentals, mark it as long term. This keeps your short-term rental pages clean and helps avoid confusion for potential guests.
