CiiRUS is launching a new integration with the Right to Rent Collaborative, allowing hosts and property managers to automatically contribute $2 per reservation to advocacy efforts that protect the vacation rental industry.
The Right to Rent Collaborative (R2RC) is an independent organization dedicated to raising and distributing essential funds that power strong, strategic advocacy efforts — protecting the future of the vacation rental industry and the right to rent in communities across the country.
The Right to Rent Program is a PMS-exclusive fundraising program in which property managers can collect $2/reservation and automatically donate it to R2RC.
Now, managers can also choose to allocate $1 of every $2 to stay local. By selecting a participating advocacy association at enrollment, $1 goes directly back to the state organization automatically. The other $1 goes to a national pool of funds for grants for industry-protecting efforts.
When you sign up, you will receive your Right to Rent Property Manager Badge to add to your website, owner materials, social media, and more. Additionally, you will receive impact reports from Right to Rent that you can share with your owners, highlighting the impact of your contribution.
