You can set up pool heat settings in the Listing Assistant for homes with pools. If you don't have any homes with pools and want to remove this option, please submit a ticket to our Help Center to disable the pool heat settings.
Configure the pool heat settings in the Specific Unit Settings area of the Listing Assistant.
Pool heat settings:
Pool heat included: Enable this setting if pool heat is already included in the nightly rates.
Minimum nights: Enter the minimum number of nights required to add pool heat, if any. For example, if the guest must stay for at least 2 nights, enter 2.
Charge type: Specify whether the pool heat fee is charged daily or weekly.
PMC payout: Enter the percentage of the pool heat fee that you retain. If you keep 100% of the cost, enter 100. If the owner retains the pool heat, enter 0.
