Using the Reservations List, you can generate a report to see the guest count associated with each reservation. You can include the number of adults, children and total guests. For this data to show in the Reservations List, you'll need to end the guest count within the Reservation Folio (this happens automatically for website and Vrbo bookings).

To generate the guest count report, go to:

Generate the guest count report
Click "Search & Filters" and input the following:
Choose your desired date range, for example, reservations arriving the week ahead
Click the "Select" dropdown under Add Data and select "Guest Contact Details" and "Guest List"
Click "Apply & Close"
In the grid, you can see the reservations for the selected dates. Scroll over to see the guest contact details and the guest count.
