Reporting issues

If your staff or vendors encounter a problem or issue during a task, they can create an Issue Report. For example, if valuable items are missing or damaged, or if there is a carpet stain that requires deep cleaning.

You can tell your staff or vendors which circumstances require an Issue Report. From a Reported Issue, you'll be able to an convert it to a different Task Type for a deeper clean, maintenance, or inspection.

To report an issue:

  1. From the Task Summary, select the “Details” tab.

  2. Select “Issues” from the list. A screen will appear where any reported Issues are listed.

  3. Select “New” in the top-right to report a new Issue.

  4. Enter a title for the Issue.

  5. Enter a description of the Issue.

  6. Upload a photo or a video from your camera roll.

  7. Select “Save” in the top-right to submit the Issue report.

The reported Issue will be sent to your CiiRUS account for review. You can convert it to a different Task Type for a deeper clean, maintenance, or inspection.
