How can a guest leave a review on my website?
On the listing details page of your website, there's a dedicated section for a guest to leave a review. Once the review is submitted, you'll need to approve it before it'll become visible on your site.
We recommend creating an automated email to send out to your guests post-booking asking them to leave a review on your website.
Managing reviews
You can opt into receiving a notification when a new review is submitted from your website from the notifications module.

The grid displays all reviews and you can view the review by clicking the icon within the 'Review' column:
The review will not be visible on your website until you enable the checkbox within the 'Approved' column:
Bulk edit reviews
You can approve, unapprove or delete multiple reviews at once using the bulk editor.
To do so:
Use the checkbox located in the first column to select one or more reviews
Choose the action - approve, unapprove or delete the selected reviews
Confirm your choice from the popup
Add a review
Important: Reviews from other channels or sources aren't connected to the website reviews module. However, you can easily add reviews from other sources to your website by selecting the "Add+" icon above the grid and entering the review in the new row.
Can I respond to a review?
You can add a response to a review by editing the message with your response below. Click the icon within the 'Review' column to edit the message with your response. For example:
