Enabling the accounting module

By enabling the accounting module, individual owner accounts will be created to produce monthly owner statements. You can enable the accounting module on a global level to apply to all owners with the ability to override on a per unit/owner basis.

Set globally

To turn on the accounting module globally for all owners, go to:

  1. Global Settings

  2. Settings Assistant

  3. Owner Accounting Setup > Enable Or Disable Owner Accounting

Set per owner

To override this setting, go to:

  1. Owners & Listings > Listings

  2. Advanced Unit Setup

  3. Click on "Filters" and apply "Financial"

  4. Enable or disable the checkbox within the "Enable Owner Accounting" column

  5. Press the "Save" icon
