You can schedule a refresher clean for a vacant unit before the next guest arrives.

For example, you can configure the system to automatically schedule a clean and assign it to the default housekeeper for any unit that has been vacant for 28 days (or however many days you choose). You can enable this globally or override it on a per-unit basis.
