To get started logging into the owner portal, make sure your property manager has sent your welcome email. This email will include your credentials to log in, and will look like this:
Once you've received this email, click the "CiiRUS Web Application" link to go to the login screen. Be sure to bookmark this link - owners.ciirus.com
In the email, click the "Documentation" button to go to our full help center guide for you on how to use the owner portal.
Once on the login page, simply enter your credentials and you'll be good to go!
