Giving your owners access to their owner portal is a breeze. With just a click of a button, you can blast out a welcome email containing their login details.
Send the welcome email
To send the owner their welcome email, simply go to:
Owners & Listings > Owner Profiles
Click the ellipses icon to open the menu and select "Send Welcome Email"
This email contains a link to the owner portal (https://owners.ciirus.com/) and the owner's username and password:
Please note that this email is hardcoded in the backend and can't be modified.
