Use your CiiRUS account email and password to sign in. Keep your password and any device authentication details private.
Sign in
Open CiiRUS Mobile on your smartphone or tablet.
Enter your account email address and password on the sign-in screen, then select Log In.
After sign-in, if a passkey setup prompt appears, follow the choices shown on your device. The available device authentication method depends on that device.
If you cannot sign in
Use Forgotten Password on the sign-in screen to request a password-reset email. If you cannot access that email address or still cannot sign in, contact your account administrator or CiiRUS Support. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
Sign out
Open the main menu and choose Sign out when you have finished using the account, especially on a shared device.
