The Owner & Unit Overview window is a convenient way to quickly view information about an owner or unit from one place. This can be helpful if you need to quickly answer a question from a guest or if you need to find some important details about an owner or unit.
To open the Owner & Unit Overview, simply click the "House" icon located in the upper left corner of the screen:
First, in the Unit Chooser, select the unit that you want to view details for.
The Owner & Unit Overview window is divided into five tabs:
Owner: View the owner's contact details.
Unit: See details of the unit such as the address, location, and bedroom configuration.
Images: View the images that you have uploaded for the unit.
Need-to-Know: Quickly see the top amenities, access codes, and reservation extras applied to this unit.
Pool Heat: If the unit has a pool, see any important details about the pool heat charges or notes.
The tab that's currently selected is highlighted in blue.
Tip: You can open the Owner & Unit Overview window from anywhere in the system either by clicking the "House" icon in the left corner or using the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+F7.
