Who doesn't love a good shortcut? We know you're busy, so we've added system shortcuts to CiiRUS One to help you save time and get more done. With system shortcuts, you can quickly access the features and tools you need to manage your business right at your fingertips!
Handy shortcuts
Home page shortcut: The CiiRUS One logo or your company's branded logo, positioned in the upper left corner of the top navigation bar, serves as a convenient shortcut to quickly return to the At a Glance dashboard, essentially acting as a home button.
Unit & Owner Viewer: No matter where you are in CiiRUS, you can select the "house" icon in the upper left corner to view unit or owner details.
Notifications: Stay up-to-date on new reservations, inquiries, and system alerts.
Icon shortcuts
CiiRUS One provides six convenient icons in the right corner of the page title on every screen:
Favorite icon: Click the star icon to favorite a feature or report. Once saved, it will appear in the favorite list so you can quickly access it.
Save icon: It's always a good idea to save your changes after making any updates.
Instant Folio: Enable or disable the Instant Folio. If disabled, the Instant Folio won't open when you single-click on a reservation.
Full screen icon: Maximize the workspace by making CiiRUS One full screen.
Full width icon: Collapse the navigation menu on the left to give yourself a larger workspace.
Refresh icon: If you make an update and don't see your changes right away, click the refresh icon to reload the current screen.
Keyboard shortcuts
Lastly, there's a few handy keyboard shortcuts that you can use from any screen:
Ctrl+B: Open the "Add Reservation" popup window.
Ctrl+Q: Open the "Get Quote" popup window.
Ctrl+F7: Open the "Owner & Unit Overview" window.
To use a keyboard shortcut, simply press the Ctrl key and the corresponding letter key on your keyboard. For example, to open the "Add Reservation" popup, press Ctrl+B.
These keyboard shortcuts can help you save time and be more efficient in your work. For example, if you're frequently generating quotes for guests, you can use Ctrl+Q to open the "Get Quote" popup window no matter where you are in the system.
