Restrict system access for certain locations
Updated over a week ago

You can restrict access to your CiiRUS system by only allowing users to log in from certain locations. For example, you may want to prevent staff from logging in to CiiRUS at home or away from the office, so you could enter your office IP address as the only allowed login location.

To restrict access, go to:

  1. Global Settings

  2. Restrict System Access

  3. Enable the checkbox to enable an IP restriction

Once enabled, your current IP address will appear. You'll need to enter the IP addresses that you do want users to be able to login at.

To add your office IP address or any other IP addresses to the allowed list, click the "Add+" icon above the grid to create a new row. Enter the IP address you want to allow access to and then click the Save button.

Once you've set the allowed IP addresses, users who try to access CiiRUS from a device with a different IP address won't be able to log in to the system and will receive an error upon login.
