Adding a new unit in CiiRUS is quick and easy thanks to the Listing Assistant. You can create a new unit from scratch, or, you can use an existing unit as a template and edit from there.
Add a new unit from scratch
To add a new unit from scratch, first go to:

The Listing Assistant is a fantastic resource that houses all of the settings you'll use to build out a complete listing; from public-facing content, right down to the nitty-gritty internal settings.
You'll be seeing a lot more of this screen as you continue building out listings in CiiRUS.
Once in the Listing Assistant, follow these simple steps to add the new listing.
Click "Add New Listing"
Specify which existing owner to assign the unit to, or create a new one.
Enter the name that the listing will be shown as internally.
Click "Add Listing"
Add a new unit from a copy of an existing one
When using existing listings as a template to add new ones, the system will transfer the listing features/amenities, descriptions, images, rates, and quote settings. You'll be able to edit these settings and all the rest once the new listing is added.
To start off, go to:

Once in the Listing Assistant, it only takes a few clicks to create the copy.
Click the "Copy Selected Listing" button.
Select an existing owner to apply to the new listing, or create a new owner.
Enter a name for the new listing.
Click "Copy".
I've added a new unit; what's next?
You can now follow the Listing Assistant to configure the unit to it's fullest extent! Make sure the selected unit in the drop-down menu at the top is the one you want to edit.
As you fill out various information about the home, mark the red circles as complete to turn them green, and watch your set-up progress climb! The higher the setup progress on a listing, the better your odds of converting high-value bookings when you go to market.
