Delete a unit

If you're no longer managing a unit and wish to delete it from the software, it only takes a couple of clicks.

Remove a unit from your account

To remove/delete a unit, first go to:

  1. Owners & Listings

  2. Listings

  3. Advanced Unit Setup

Locate the unit you want to delete, and press the trashcan icon in the right-most column against that unit. You'll see a pop-up asking you to confirm that you're sure prior to deleting the unit.

If the unit you're trying to delete has upcoming arrivals that are not canceled, it can't be deleted. You'll get a pop-up notifying you if this is the case. Once those reservations have been canceled or moved to an available unit, you'll be able to delete the unit.

Once you delete a unit, it will be removed from the active inventory, but you will still have access to essential information in the archived units list. We don't recommend deleting the homeowner of the unit, even if they no longer own any homes with you, as it's conventional to preserve owner financials and reports in the event of an audit.
