The User Activity Log tracks all user activity in the CiiRUS system for up to two years, including logins, updates, and deletions.

To view the tracking and activity, go to:

To filter the User Activity Log, select the activity type, unit, staff member, and date range you want to view from the dropdowns. You can also choose to show all activity, including added, updated, and deleted items. Click Load to apply the filters.

You can see the activity in the grid including changes or interactions that have been made

Please note that the system can't track every single change or update that's made. If you're unsure about something that you would like to track, please submit a ticket through the Help Center for assistance.
