If a unit has booking restrictions, you can note them in the Advanced Unit Setup to quickly see them when generating a quote in the system. For example, if the owner doesn't allow bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or guests under 18 to stay, you can add these as restrictions.
The restrictions are only for your internal reference and don't feed over to any channels.
Add restrictions
To add booking restrictions, go to:
Owners & Listings
Listings > Advanced Unit Setup
From the Filters enable "General" and press Apply
To add booking restrictions for a unit:
In the unit grid, type the restrictions under the "Booking Restrictions" column for the applicable unit.
Click the "Save" icon.
Edit from the Listing Assistant
You can also add or edit the booking restrictions directly from the Listing Assistant.
To do so:
Navigate to Owners & Listings > Listing Assistant
From the Specific Unit Settings menu, select Access Codes & Arrival Info
Enter the booking restrictions
Include booking restrictions on quote
When you generate a quote in the system, you can include these booking restrictions for your reference.
To generate a quote:
From the top navigation, select the "Quick Actions" icon
Select "Get Quote"
Specify the details of the quote such as the dates, unit details and make sure to enable "Include booking restrictions."
