My Tasks
Updated over a week ago

Once you've logged in, the My Tasks screen is shown, which is the main functional workspace for Task Manager. This shows all pending and in progress tasks belonging to the user.

Task view

Each task tile shows:

  • Unit lead image

  • Unit title

  • Task type (housekeeping, maintenance, or inspection)

  • Color-coded dot indicating task status (pending, in progress, or complete)

  • Task due date

  • Next arrival date

  • Whether the task is back-to-back (if shown, yes; if not shown, no)

Apply filters

My Tasks shows all non-completed tasks in the next 30 days by default. You can filter it by several criteria to see a smaller set of tasks.

Quick pick:

  • Use the quick-pick options to show tasks due today, this week, or within the next 30 days.

  • Or, sort by status to see only tasks that are not started, in progress, completed, or all three.

Additional filters:

  1. To filter the My Tasks screen, select the Filter button in the top right.

  2. Select which task types to display (housekeeping, maintenance, and/or inspections).

  3. Specify the status to see only tasks that are not started, in progress, completed, or all three.

  4. Select whether to show only back-to-back cleans.

  5. Specify a date range.

  6. To discard all filters, select Clear in the top left.

  7. To apply filters and return to My Tasks, select Apply in the top right.
